관리자 권한으로 cmd를 실행
다음 명령을 한줄씩 복사해서 실행
taskkill /F /FI "SERVICES eq wuauserv"
net stop cryptSvc
net stop bits
net stop msiserver
ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
rmdir C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\DataStore
rmdir C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download
